The post-jam update
This is a little note on the project. I had no time for a pretty interface and sounds during the jam, so I focused on the coding and getting the main idea right. Now in this post-jamp update I prettied out the game a lot. Quest rewards have been reworked, and crafting has been added. Now you have to craft items and sell them using the ingredients gather from quests and pay heros with gold. Interface is now pretty and there are sounds.
Future plans: add heroes level up and quests level up as well. Add more animations, effects and items. Add some limits to availabgle quests, perhaps even implement a days counter. As an idea - separate the process into two parts - handing out quests phase and crafting / trading phase.
Known issues I'm debugging at the moment:
Sometimes the heroes bug out and spawn on top of each other
Performance drops after longer playtime - working on it
BG music is broken sometimes.
